OBITUARY Beatrice M. Hogarth December 13, 1924 – December 6, 2018 Beatrice M. (Dubois) Hogarth, age 93, of New Bedford, passed away on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at Hathaway Manor. She was the wife of the late David Hogarth. Born in Dartmouth, a daughter of the late Sinai and Marie (Roy) Dubois, she lived most of her life in New Bedford.

Beatrice worked as a sales clerk for Tip Top Bread for many years before retiring. An avid bingo player, she enjoyed knitting, sewing and spending time with her family. She is survived by her two daughters, Annette Sowards of Florida and Dale Rinko and her husband David of Acushnet; six grandchildren, John, David and Scott Williams, Kelly Sowards, Cheri Riggs and Bryan Rinko; ten great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her eight siblings. Her Funeral will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at 9:00AM from the ROCK FUNERAL HOME, 1285 Ashley Blvd. , New Bedford followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00AM at St. Mary’s Church, 343 Tarkiln Hill Rd.

, New Bedford. Visiting hours will be Monday from 4:00PM to 6:00PM. Burial in Rural Cemetery, New Bedford.
