On September 30th at 6:54am, Beatrice Santillanez took her peaceful journey to our Heavenly Father. Bea was born on November 18th, 1947 to Emilio and Sadie Arellano in Pueblo, Colorado. She was the second child of seven siblings whom she loved dearly.

Bea had 2 children, Annette Murphy (Dave) and Kevin Santillanez (Tammie). She had five grandchildren, Natasha Hillaker (Brad), Ashlie Santillanez (Jake), Meggan Santillanez, Seth Murphy (Janet) and Emilio Santillanez (Monica). She was blessed with ten great-grandchildren and three grand-fur babies.

Bea grew up in the Colorado area moving to Utah in 1976 with her family. She moved to Nevada later on. She worked in the mining and gaming industry as an accountant for many years.

Her favorite job was taking care of her great-grandchildren. Bea enjoyed gardening, fishing, camping and anything in nature. Cinnamon rolls, oatmeal cookies and pies were her delicious specialties.

Bea left behind to her children and grandchildren perseverance to be fighters, along with the fire to live life to the fullest. There will be a Rosary on Thursday, October 4th, at 7:00pm at San Felipe Catholic Church in Wendover, Utah. There will be a mass on Friday, October 5th at 10:00 am also at San Felipe Catholic Church.

Luncheon will follow mass at LDS Church.
