OBITUARY Benjamin Stewart Jordan October 21, 1938 – September 27, 2018 Benjamin Stewart Jordan, 79, passed away Thursday, September 27, 2018. Graveside services will be held Monday, October 1, 2018 at 2:00pm in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with Dr. Neal Wall officiating. A visitation will be held from 1:00pm until the service at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the donor’s favorite charity. Stewart was born in Macon, Georgia to the late John and Blanchie Benton Jordan. He graduated from Lanier High School and Mercer University with a Master’s Degree in Education.

Stewart was a retired Principal from Bellevue School and Union School and a member of Bellevue Baptist Church. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed traveling. Stewart is survived by numerous cousins and his friends, Allen Collinsworth and Eric and Jean Lindsey.
