Bernice Josephine (Roger) Ramsey, 95, of Carmel. IN, formally of Las Vegas, NV passed away February 1, 2019. .

Bernice was born on September 26, 1923 in East Chicago, IN. She was the daughter of the late Barbara (Budwitas) and Mike Rogers. Bernice also was preceded in death by her brother, Vincent Rogers.

Survivors include her sons, Charles (Delana) Romanenko and Raymond Ramsey, daughter, Rayelle (Craig) O’Rear, grandhildren, Mikka, Dana, Rayah, and Christopher, great-grandchildren, Taylor, Chad, and Xander. Bernice held a cosmetology license. She owned and operated The French Poodle Beauty Salon in Hammond, IN.
