Obituary for Bertha P. Kosal BERTHA KOSAL, age 93, of Harbor Beach, passed away Tuesday, October 02, 2018 at Lakeview Extended Care and Rehab Center of the Harbor Beach Community Hospital. She was born on July 3, 1925 in Paris Township, to the late Henry and Anna (Behn) Maurer. She and Irvin Kosal were united in marriage on July 7, 1945 in Harbor Beach.

He preceded her in death on November 19, 1984. She enjoyed playing bingo and being with her family. Bertha was a member of Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic Church.

Bertha is survived by her children: Gloria Parisi of Beulah, Christina Smolinski of Sterling Heights, Gerald Kosal of Brown City, Edward Kosal of Mussey, Daniel Kosal of Brown City, James Kosal of Belding, William Kosal of Pataska, OH, Barbara Schubring of Millington and Mary Kosal of Farmington Hills, 20 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and sister-in-law Irene Maurer of Port Huron. Bertha was preceded in death by a son: Earl Kosal, and her brothers: Jerome, Charles, Ralph, Paul, George, Ernest Maurer, and sisters: Agnes Capling, Stella Fisher, and Celestine Osentoski. Funeral Mass for Bertha will be Friday, October 5, 2018 at 1:30 pm at Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic Church, of the Holy Name of Mary Parish, with Fr.

George Amos officiating. Burial will follow in the OLLH Church Cemetery. Visitation for Bertha will be on Thursday, from 2-8pm at the Ramsey Funeral Home of Harbor Beach.

Visitation on Friday will be at the church beginning at 12 noon until time of services at 1:30 pm. A Parish Rosary Service will take place Thursday at 7pm. Memories can be shared at www.
