Betti Jean Siemieniewski, 59, of Siloam Springs, passed away Monday, November 12, 2018. Betti was born on March 5, 1959 in Riverside, CA, a daughter of David Barron Kort and Gloria Barbara Graham Kort. She loved her dogs and enjoyed collecting frogs.

She is survived by three daughters, Sara Rodriguez of Decatur, AR, Summer McDaniel of California and Savanna and husband Joseph Collins of Tontitown, AR; one son David Kort of Arkansas; one brother, William Kort of California and one sister, Sharon Shifflet of California; five grandchildren, Ivy Elizabeth, James Eric, David Michael, Isaiah Joseph and Elizabeth Skyler.
