Bettie Lee Leathers, 96, formerly of Westminster, SC, passed away Thursday, May 2, 2019, at Seneca Health and Rehab. A native of Oconee County, SC, Ms. Leathers was the daughter of the late Alexander Vallentine Minnie Lee Renney Leathers. She retired from Kendall Manufacturing Company.

Ms. Leathers was a member of Westminster Baptist Church and the Sara F. Johns Sunday school class. Ms. Leathers is survived by her nephew: John Raleigh Tanner of Clermont, GA; and niece: Marcia Lance of Washington, GA. In addition to her parents, Ms. Leathers was preceded in death by her nephew: Gary Kent Tanner; and sister: Ethelene Leathers Tanner.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, May 7, 2019, at Davenport Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at East View Cemetery. The family will receive following the service. Flowers are accepted.
