Funeral services for Betty Carolyn Foote age 80 of Huntsville will be conducted Thursday at 2:30PM from the Hazel Green Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Josh Duncan officiating. Burial will be in the Stateline Cemetery.

Mrs. Foote passed away Saturday at Crestwood Hospital. She is survived by her children, Jeffrey Thomas Newby, Lisa Marie Foote, Leslie Earline Foote and Nicholas Charter Foote, her grandchildren, Jesse Raymond Childress and Jacob Earl Taylor, her great grandchildren, Olivia Pearl Childress and Justis Ray Childress and her sister, Anne Honea. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Leon Smith.

Visitation will be Thursday 12:30 until 2:30PM at Hazel Green Funeral Home. Hazel Green Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
