Betty Jean Schofft of Eureka, Missouri passed away on Friday, March 8, 2019 at St. Andrews at Francis Place in Eureka, Missouri, having attained the age of 88 years, 6 months and 15 days. Born in St. Louis, Missouri on August 23, 1930, she was the daughter of Harry and Margaret Shoults, nee Schoults. She was united in marriage to Robert Schofft on December 16, 1950 in St. Louis, Missouri and he preceded her in death.

Betty worked in the dry cleaning industry. She loved playing Bingo, stitching and yarn working. Preceding her in death were her parents and her sister, Laverne Parker.

Surviving are her children, Kathy (Len) Gilchrist, Kimberly (Dave) Buescher, both of St. Louis, Missouri and Kristine (Jay) Teal of High Ridge, Missouri; her sister, Evelyn Droze; her brothers, Harold Schuh and Harry Shoults; ten grandchildren, two step-grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and many beloved friends. Memorials may be made to Backstoppers or Stray Rescue of St. Louis. A memorial luncheon will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2019 from 12:00 noon to 4:00 P.M. at River Chase, 990 Horan Road, Fenton, Missouri 63026.
