She was born on March 5, 1939 to David Willard Lindstrom and Lucille (Peterson) Lindstrom in Chicago, Illinois. She was survived by two daughters Deborah Shelly of Van Buren, Arkansas and Kristine Randt of Mena, Arkansas, ten grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.

Family held memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 28, 2019 at U.S. National cemetery in Fort Smith, Arkansas. To place online tribute go to lewisfuneralchapel.net.
