Obituary for Betty Lou Radel Betty Lou Radel, age 92, Middletown, Ohio passed away on Monday, October 29, 2018 at Garden Manor Extended Care Center. She was born in Middletown, OH on January 25, 1926 to Edward and Maud (Ritter) Barnes. Betty is preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Donald C. Jay and Harry C. Radel; daughter, Donna Rae Jay Shera.

She is survived by her daughter, Betty Helen (Earl T.) Blakley; sons, John Donald Jay and Jeffrey L. (Debbie) Jay and grandson, Todd Allen Baker and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services are Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at 11:00 am at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 S. Sutphin Street Middletown,OH with Pastor Scotty Robertson officiating. Entombment in Butler County Memorial Park.
