Obituary of Betty Noel Betty M. Noel, 89, of Latrobe, passed away on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital. She was born September 4, 1929 in Footedale, Pennsylvania, a daughter of the late Albert and Ethel (Tait) Kloock. Betty was a member of St. John the Evangelist Church.

Her family always came first, but she enjoyed being active in various community service organizations, including; serving as President of the Latrobe Civic Club from 1983-1985, being a member of the Latrobe Century Club, a member of the American Legion Aux. Post 515, co-chair of the three Follies, and assisting with stage shows that were fundraisers for the community. She loved to read mystery novels, travel, grow flowers, and scrapbooking.

Betty’s family would like to thank Dr. James Adisey for his excellent care and Dr. Kevin Grosso. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul A. Noel in 2014, and her sister Alberta Haase. She is survived by her daughters Barbara Rusher (Byron) of Latrobe and Cheryl Noel (George Manzulich) of Latrobe; two grandchildren, Todd Rusher (Mandy) and Christa Rusher (Michael Mock); great-grandchildren, Jakob and Noah Rusher; a special niece, Donna McCracken (Walter) and family; and numerous other nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received Tuesday, November 20th from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM in the Hartman-Graziano Funeral Home, Inc., 1500 Ligonier Street, Latrobe. A funeral mass will be celebrated Wednesday, November 21st at 10 AM at St. John the Evangelist Church, 306 St Johns Drive Latrobe, with the Rev. Anthony Carbone as celebrant.

Interment will follow in St. Vincent Cemetery.
