Bill Cox, age 82 of New Market passed away Friday March 08, 2019 at home. He is preceded in death by parents, Joe and Mildred Cox, brother’s Dale and David Lynn Cox. He was retired from Carson Newman University.

Survived by wife Esta Mae Cox, Son: Ronnie (Tammy) Cox; Grand Children Adam (Kim) Majors, Tyler (Katie) Majors; Great Grand Children; Peregrine and Ruth Majors; sisters-in-law Brenda Cox, Martha Cox, Several Nieces and Nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 11, 2019 at Farrar Funeral Home Jefferson City, with Reverend Ronnie Trent officiating. Interment to follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm. prior to service at Farrar Funeral Home Jefferson City. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Pl.
