Obituary for Billie F. Brann RICHMOND, Ind. – Billie F. Brann, age 74, of Richmond, Indiana, died Thursday, April 12, 2018, at Rosebud Village. Born April 23, 1943, in Mount Vernon, Kentucky, to William and Rissie Sigmon Purcell, Billie lived in this community most of her life.

She formerly worked at Land O’Lakes Purina Feed and later as a partner with Designer Consignor before retiring. Billie loved painting, gardening, and cooking. She never met a stranger.

Survivors include her daughter, Jill (Tom) Kelley of Hagerstown, Indiana; sons, Jack Moore of Richmond and Todd Sticco of Bloomington, Indiana; mother, Rissie Purcell of Boston, Indiana; 12 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; brothers, Ronnie Purcell of Boston and Jerry (Mary) Purcell of Richmond; nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Keith Brann, who died April 25, 2010; son, Nick Sticco; father; and brother, Denny Purcell. Visitation for Billie F. Brann will be from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond.

Funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family via the guest book at www.
