Obituary for Carol Lynn Gallagher RICHMOND, Ind. – Carol Lynn Gallagher, age 62, of Richmond, Indiana, died unexpectedly Sunday, May 13, 2018. Born February 7, 1956, in Richmond, Indiana, to Norman and Madeline Juerling Charles, Carol was a life-long resident of Wayne County.

She was raised by Madeline and her aunt and uncle, Donna and Paul Whitaker. Carol was a 1975 graduate of Centerville High School. She attended Holy Family Catholic Church.

Carol had a love for animals and enjoyed spoiling her children and grandchildren, being on the beach, reading, and being outdoors. Survivors include her sons, Kyle Gallagher (Ally Crabtree) of Noblesville, Indiana, and Kraig (Lauren) Gallagher of Fishers, Indiana; grandchildren, Hudson and Grace Gallagher; sisters, Patricia Turner and Donna Matheny; special cousins, Judy Miller and Karen McKinley; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Madeline O’Connor; father; and sister, Debra Dunbar.

Visitation for Carol Lynn Gallagher will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, May 17, 2018, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond. Funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, May 17, 2018, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home with Deacon Frank Roberts officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to: Warm Paws and Cool Claws Project, Attention: Robert Parker, 1537 South 6th Street, Richmond IN 47374.
