Obituary for Rose Elaine Daugherty RICHMOND, Ind. – Rose Elaine Daugherty, age 63, of Richmond, Indiana, died Tuesday, June 26, 2018, at Reid Health. Born August 13, 1954, in Richmond, Indiana, to William Earl and Betty June Ramsey Whalen, Rose was a life-long resident of Richmond.

She graduated from Richmond High School. Rose was a member of the Moose Lodge and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary. Survivors include her son, James Pullon of Centerville, Indiana, and two granddaughters, Isabelle and Victoria.

She was preceded in death by her son, Jason Pullon and parents. Visitation for Rose Elaine Daugherty will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 3, 2018, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond. Condolences may be sent to the family via the guest book at www.
