Obituary for Frederick P. De’Anne Jr. CENTERVILLE, Ind. – Frederick P. De’Anne Jr., age 65, of Centerville, Indiana, died Friday, July 20, 2018, at Reid Health. Born December 16, 1952, in North Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Frederick Sr. and Mary Lou Lockwood De’Anne, Freddie had lived in Centerville and Richmond since 1977.

He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church. Freddie attended Day Services at Benchmark Human Services, where he enjoyed interacting with the staff and his peers. Freddie lived in a group home at Benchmark Human Services, formerly Achieva/Green Acres, for over 20 years and was well taken care of and loved.

Survivors include his aunts, Alta Grace Phillips of Centerville and Vivian Joan Fellman of Richmond; cousins; and many friends at Achieva Rerdzt/s and Benchmark Human Services. He was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation for Frederick P. De’Anne Jr. will be from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday, July 26, 2018, at Mills Funeral Home, 405 East Main Street, Centerville.

Funeral service will follow at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, July 26, 2018, at Mills Funeral Home with Father Todd Riebe and Deacon Frank Roberts officiating. Burial will be in Zion’s Lutheran Cemetery in Pershing, Indiana. Memorial contributions may be made to: Achieva Rerdzt/s, P.O. Box 1252, Richmond, IN 47375.
