Obituary for Rebecca R. Howard RICHMOND, Ind. – Rebecca R. Howard, age 80, of Richmond, Indiana, died Monday, July 2, 2018, at Golden Living Center-Golden Rule. Born May 13, 1938, in Estill County, Kentucky, to George M. and Myrtle P. Ball Ross, Rebecca lived in Wayne County most of her life.

She formerly worked at Kemper Cabinets. Rebecca will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Survivors include her son, Gary (Marie) Howard of Richmond; granddaughter, Shannon Davenport; two sisters; four brothers; nieces; nephews; and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Marvin D. “Bear” Howard. Graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 5, 2018, at Crown Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Mills Funeral Home, 405 East Main Street, Centerville.
