Billie Jean Kelly Farlow, 86, of Danville, Va. passed away Friday, November 30, 2018, at Roman Eagle Rehab and Healthcare Center. She was born March 28, 1932, in Lynchburg, Va.

to the late Eula Butler Ford and the late Claude Swanson Kelly. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Cecil Farlow, Sr Mrs. Farlow worked for C & P Telephone Co. for several years.

She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Pruitt and husband, Roy of Rotunda West, Florida; her sons, Raymond Cecil Farlow, Jr. and wife, Susan of Danville, Michael Swanson Farlow and wife, Judy of Danville, and Mark Victor Farlow and wife, Danell of Charlotte, N.C.; as well as three grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was also predeceased by one grandson, David Mabe. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 3, 2018, at Norris Mt.

Hermon Chapel, with Rev. Roger Ewing and Rev. Greg Mayhorn officiating.

Interment will follow Highland Burial Park. The family will receive friends from 12:00 – 1:30 p.m., Monday, December 3, 2018, at Norris Mt. Hermon Chapel prior to the service, and at other times at the residence, 715 Vicar Road, Danville.
