Zollars, 86, of Winfield, passed away Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at her home in Winfield. She was born March 12, 1932 in Blackwell, Oklahoma, the daughter of Cecil M. and Mary A. (Mayberry) Zollars. Billie loved music, hamburgers, Cardinals Baseball, old western movies and especially enjoyed her trip to Silver Dollar City last year.

She was a member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church in Arkansas City. She is survived by: her cousins, Vicki Lower of Ponca City, Shirley Kennedy of Arkansas City and Ted Kennedy of Ponca City; her guardian Dee Winter of Winfield; her best friend and roommate, Rita Blubaugh; and numerous other cousins. Billie was preceded in death by her parents and her half-brother.

Memorial services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 1, 2019 at Miles Funeral Service in Winfield, Kansas. Private Inurnment will follow in Memorial Lawn Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Mosaic and may be sent to Miles Funeral Service, P.O. Box 720, Winfield, Kansas 67156.
