Obituary for Billie Owen Billie Owen, 84, died July 23, 2018 in Oklahoma City. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, James M. Owen; daughter, Beth Mannen and husband Bill; son, Todd Owen; granddaughter, Sara Mannen Davis and husband Ryan; grandson, Geoff Owen; and great-granddaughter, Anna Davis; all of Oklahoma City. Services will be held at Lewis Funeral Home, Magnolia, AR, on Saturday, July 28, 2018, 2:00pm with interment in Friendship Cemetery.
