Obituary for Billy J Rowe Billy J. Rowe (Bill) of Stratford, Oklahoma was born July 29, 1937 in Ada, Oklahoma to Norval and Juanita (Long) Rowe. He passed away Sunday September 9, 2018 at his home, at the age of 81 years 1 month and 10 days. Billy lived in Levelland, Texas when he was a small boy.

His family moved to Center, Oklahoma where he grew up and went to Vanoss school where he graduated in 1955. He went on to college at East Central University and graduated with a degree in Industrial Science. He joined the Air Force and was in Air and Rescue for four years.

He married Glenda Selph on October 13, 1963. They made their home on a ranch between Vanoss and Stratford. He owned and operated the Stratford Auto Parts store from 1964 to 2000.

Preceded by; his parents, one sister; Gwendolyn Kragh and one nephew Jeff Kragh. Survived by; his wife Glenda of the home, two brothers; Ronnie Rowe & wife Olene and Regie Rowe and wife Katherine all of Stratford. Visitation; will be Wednesday evening from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at DeArman/Pickard Funeral Home Stratford, OK.

Services; 10:00 AM Thursday September 13, 2018 at the Stratford Free Will Baptist Church. Officiating Rev. Lewis Perry.
