Obituary of Billy Joe Justice Billy Joe Justice, 74, of Siler City died Monday, October 1, 2018 at Siler City Center Mr. Justice was born in Chatham County on August 28, 1944 the son of Jesse Allen and Ola Ellen (Jones) Justice. Billy Joe was a graduate of Chatham Central High School, Sanford Business School and a Veteran of the Air Force. He had worked for Jack M. Brewer Insurance Agency in Siler City and retired from Hunter Oil Company in Sanford.

Billy Joe was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Hoyt, Wilbur, Edward and Earl; sisters, Frances Arnold and Betty Ann Holt. He is survived by brothers: Franklin Justice and wife, Doris and Bobby Justice all of Siler City. sisters-in-law, Geneva, Virginia, and Sarah Justice and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Thursday, October 4, 2018 from 2:00 to 3:00 PM at Smith & Buckner Funeral Home, 230 North Second Avenue, Siler City, NC. A graveside service will follow Thursday at 3:00 PM at Chatham Memorial Park, 13260 Hwy 64 West, Siler City with Rev. William Fields officiating and military rites by the Randolph County Honor Guard.
