Obituary for Billy R. Morris Billy R. Morris, 58, a native of Houston, Texas and resident of Grand Isle, Louisiana, passed away on December 21, 2018. He is survived by his mother, Lorena K. Usie; children, Toby Neal and wife Lauren, Angel Neal, and Brittan Neal; five grandchildren; one brother, Daniel Pennison and wife Paula; one sister, Donna Townsend and husband Tim; and one sister in law, Arlene “P-Nut” Pennison. He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Morris; sister, Brenda Hutchinson; and brother, Mark Pennison.

The family would like to thank Journey Hospice for their care. No services will be held. Samart Funeral Home of Houma, Bayou Blue is in charge of arrangements.
