Bob’s Obituary Ret. CMSgt. Robert Lee “Bob” Holland, 77, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, February 17, 2019.

Graveside services with full military honors will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 14, 2019 at Fort Sill National Cemetery in Elgin, Oklahoma. Arrangements are under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home in Wichita Falls. Bob was born on June 7, 1941 in Ft.

Madison, Iowa to the late Parvin Holland and Alice Genevieve Prather Holland. He served our country proudly in the United States Air Force, retiring as Chief Master Sergeant after 30 years. After retirement, Bob went on to work with Civil Service for 10 years training students in aircraft support.

He loved eating steak at Cattleman’s in Oklahoma City on date night with his wife, Sovilla, and enjoyed playing golf, fishing, and writing letters and emails to friends and family. He was a true expert on the computer! Along with his parents, he was also preceded in death by his daughter, Lynn Holland.

He is survived by his loving wife, Sovilla Holland; his daughter and son-in-law, Diana and Paul Rogers; his daughter, Lori Duncan; seven grandchildren, Shelby, Rick, Brandy, Russ, Robert, Mathew, and Curtis; four great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; two brothers, Mike and Ted Holland; three sisters, Susie, Patti and Paula; and several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
