Obituary for Bonita Celeste Martinez Bonita Celeste Martinez went to be with the Lord on April 13, 2018 in Denver. She was born on November 1, 1950, in Denver, to the late Robert Rodriquez and Juanita (Trujillo) Kirkland. She is preceded in death by Husband Teodoro Martinez; daughter Paula Jane Martinez; and sister Michelle Lamorie.

She is survived by her children Ernesto Che Martinez and Celeste Martinez; grandchildren Adrien Gonzales, Jaydi Martinez, Sage Martinez, and Paciencia Lucero; siblings Geraldine Rodriquez, Roberta Silva, and numerous other family members. She enjoyed family, casinos, bingo, and attending church. Her family described her to be most the beautiful,honest, humble, wise, insightful, and thoughtful person.

She was the number 1 house wife and mother. Getting up early to make breakfast for her husband and children every day. She always put others before herself.
