Obituary for Bonnie M. Patton (Muff) Bonnie May Muff Grimm Patton, 74, of Tyrone died Thursday November 15, 2018 at UPMC Altoona. She was born June 26, 1944 in Philipsburg, a daughter of Leonard Peter and Treva Pauline (Evans) Muff. She was first married to Donald Gregory Grimm on August 15, 1963.
She then was married to Lloyd Alvin “Butch” Patton on May 23, 1983 in Winchester, Virginia. He died September 28, 2012. Surviving are two sons; Todd Alan Grimm of Stormstown, Troy Evan Grimm of Tyrone, three grandchildren; Amber Briggs, Toby Grimm and Sheriff Gilbert, five grandchildren; Elise Grimm, Kailee and Rilee Gilbert, Alyssa and Lily Briggs, a step-daughter Wendy Patton of Birmingham and cousins; Peggy Rae, Paul David and Frankie Olenick of Tyrone.
Bonnie worked on and off for Sears since she was 15 years old. She was owner of Clay Kingdom Ceramics, Tyrone for many years and had been employed at Penn State for seven years. On June 1, 1996 she became a member of the Tyrone Area Chamber of Commerce and later served as Executive Director retiring in 2003.
Friends will be received at the Feller Memorial Home on Sunday November, 18, 2018 from 1 P.M. until the funeral services at 4 P.M. with Chaplain Robert Smith officiating. Burial will be at Blair Memorial Park. Memorial gifts may be made to the Central Pa.
