Bonnie Sue Baird (Prentice) Bonnie Sue Baird (Prentice), sunrise June 10, 1942, sunset July 3, 2018. Bonnie was born in Fort Riley, Kansas, but lived most of her life in Akron. She was a 1960 graduate of Kenmore High School.

She loved helping out at church in any way she could during her healthier years. She also loved to sew, cook, and create beautiful cards using stamps. Bonnie loved spending time with her family and grandchildren most of all.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Donald, and her son, Stephen. She is survived by her daughter, Margaret (Scott) Campbell; and grandchildren, Logan, Ethan, Lily, Elise, Mackenzie, and Kylie. She also leaves behind her special “sister” cousin, Sandy Onusic, and many other family and friends who loved her dearly.

A memorial service will be held Friday, July 13, 2018 at 12 PM, at Hope United Methodist Church, 2650 Cory Ave. , Akron, where friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment immediately following at Western Reserve National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to Hope United Methodist Church.
