Obituary for Boyd Collins Boyd W. Collins, age 84, moved from his earthly home to his Mansion in Heaven on November 7, 2018. Boyd was born in Appalachie, Virginia on January 26, 1934 to the late Laura and Jim Collins. Boyd is preceded is death by his daughter, Terry Weaver; 5 brothers, Silous, Newman, Conley, Ray and Clayton; 2 sisters, Mamie Powell and Maudie West.

He is survived by his wife of 47 (together for 50) years, Linda Collins; 3 daughters, Angie (Gary) Kromer, Ronda (Mike Ludlow) Womble, Paula (David) Coffee; sons, Bob (Corene), Luke, James, David, Kenny and Scott; 24 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; his nephew who is like a brother to him, R.C. (Margie) Delph; nieces, Doris (JR) Cook, Barb (Frank) Houseright, Nita Jarnigan, Mary (Gary) Ramsey; and a host of other nieces and nephews and other extended family. Boyd was a Sanitation Engineer for the City of Centerville where he retired from after 24 years of service. He was a member of Spring of Life Worship Center.

He loved the Lord with everything in him, he loved his wife as Christ loved the church and loved his children unconditionally. Visitation will be Tuesday November 13, 2018 from 10:00 am till 12:00 pm with a Celebration Service beginning at 12:00 pm at Anderson Funeral Homes, 40 North Main Street Springboro, Ohio 45066 with Pastor Chester Collins officiating. He will be laid to rest in Evergreen Cemetery in West Carrollton, Ohio.
