Obituary for DAVID A COMBS COMBS, David A., age 76, of Middletown, Ohio, passed away Friday, November 2, 2018 at Kettering Medical Center where he had been a patient for five days. He was born June 18, 1942 in Middletown, Ohio and lived in this area all his life. He graduated from Middletown High School.

David was employed on the assembly line at Square D, retiring in 1984. Preceding him in death were his parents, David E. and Betty (Neal) Combs; one son, David A. “Butch” Combs; and one sister, Sonia Jo Dennis. He is survived by his wife of eleven years, Melissa L. Combs; three children, Eric (Callie) Combs, Crystal Combs and KaySi Jo (Robert) Wilder; thirteen grandchildren, Nick (Sarah) Combs, Ryan (Megan) Combs, Jessie (Brad) Keeton, Andrew Combs, Cheyenne Combs, Caleb Combs, Jacob Combs, Patience Kruse, Dakota Combs, Bailey Kruse, Brantley Stacy and twins, Theodore and Finnley Wilder; many great grandchildren; one brother, Reggie (Melony) Combs; and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday, November 7, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown, followed by services at 12:00 noon with Pastor Rowland Carper officiating. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park, Trenton, Ohio. Arrangements by Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown.
