Funeral services are 11:00 am Thursday, November 8, 2018 at Hillcrest Baptist Church 820 Central Avenue Carlisle, Ohio with Pastor Larry Lambes officiating.

A visitation will be held from 10:00am to 11:00am prior to services at the church. Burial will be in Dayton National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hillcrest Baptist Church or Gideon’s International.
