Obituary for Marie Snelling Marie Snelling, age 88, of Middletown, passed away Wednesday October 31, 2018 at Mt. Pleasant Retirement Village. She was born in Middletown on January 6, 1930 to Charles and Sylvia (Wells) Lemmons.

Marie was preceded in death by her parents, and her beloved husband, Warren (Sparky) Snelling. Marie is survived by two sons, Philip G. Snelling and Charles Snelling; her daughter, Dara Romans, her grandson, Chris (Chrissy) Boster and 4 great granddaughters whom she adored. Marie’s intelligence, spark, spirit and humor will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered by a celebration of life on Saturday, Nov 3rd at 4:30 pm at the Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, Middletown with Visitation beginning from 2:30 pm until time of service.
