Obituary for Bertha Morris Bertha Mae Morris, age 62, of Monroe, Ohio passed away on Friday, November 9, 2018 at her residence surrounded by her family and loved ones. Bertha was born in Coldwater, OH on December 11, 1955 to Paul and Velma Bruns. Bertha is preceded in death by her father, Paul R. Bruns; sister, Ester Marie Bruns.

She is survived by her husband, Douglas Ray Morris; two sons, Jarrod (Abby) Morris and Chris (Amber) Morris; daughter, Jaqui (James) Johnson; grandchildren, Ashton, Braden, Cara, Chase, Karsyn, Caihla, Ashlee and Jimmie; great-granddaughter, Charlee Mae; mother, Velma M. Bruns; five brothers, Paul (Sue) Bruns, Ron (Mark Stamper) Bruns, Gary (Janet) Bruns, Mike (Gwen) Bruns and Rick Bruns; four sisters, Carol Bierman, Judy (Danny) Adams, Brenda (Steve) Fields, Dorothy Law; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of other extended family. Funeral services are Thursday, November 15, 2018 at 11:00 am at Anderson Funeral Homes, 40 North Main Street Springboro, OH with Pastor Larry Fultz officiating. Burial in Springboro Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 from 6:00 pm-9:00 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Dayton. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Bertha Morris please visit our Sympathy Store.
