Obituary for Brittany M Carter Brittany Marie Carter was born onNovember 8, 1988 and entered into heaven on July 1, 2018. She had an infectious personality that touched many lives. She was patient, kind, loving, and selfless.
If you ask anyone who knew her, that’s exactly what they would say about her, “she was sefless”. She was also tan, adventurous, and competitive. She was so many good things wrapped into one tiny person.
Her greatest characteristics were her love for her husband and her passion for God. She adored her husband and worshipped her God no matter what she faced. That’s what she was known for more than anything.
What a treasure she is to remember always. She is survived by her precious husband, Schuyler Robert Carter, and her furry child, Deacon. She is also survived by her mother, Jeannie Santabene; her father, Joe Santabene II and Chesta Steinbaugh; her brother, Brandon Johnson; her sister, Corinne Moore and brother-in-law, Jordan Moore; her other brothers and sisters-in-law: Jared and Courtney Carter, Stormie and Levi Presley, and Jette Carter; her mother and father-in-law, Todd and Andrea Carter; grandparents, Joseph Santabene, Bill and Betty Ruyle, R.W. and Donna Blackwood, and Patti and Roland Carter; Aunt Karen and Unlce Shannon Holden; and Uncle Robbie and Aunt Mary Blackwood.
She adored her four nieces, Clover Moore, Finleigh Presley, and Scarlett and Remi Carter. Also many cousins and other aunt and uncles, and one great-grandmother, Marjorie Drew. She is preceded in death by a sister-in-law Jalen Elaine Carter, her grandmother, Sandy Santabene and great-grandfather Bill Drew.
Brittany will always be remembered, never forgotten, and will live on in our hearts. She fought the good fight til the very end, but we all know she has no more pain, no more suffering, no more sickness, and she is finally at peace in her physical body. A funeral service will be held for Brittany at 11:00am on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at Hope Church in Springfield.
Friends and relatives are invited to a visitation with the family one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at Weaver Cemetery following the service. Memorials in honor of Brittany may be made to the family to help pay her medical expenses.
