Obituary for Bruce William Colosimo Bruce William Colosimo, age 68, of Powell, Ohio passed away peacefully at his home with his wife by his side on May 1, 2018. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from Cleveland State University where he excelled at track. Bruce was the founder and President of Colosimo Builders where he was known for building high quality homes with distinctive architectural details.

He was a member of the BIA and served as Director of Architectural Control for the Abbott Shire Civic Association. Bruce was a tireless worker up until the morning of his final passing. He led by example and was a role model to many.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Anne Colosimo. He is survived by his loving wife, Lisa (Murtha) Colosimo; his children, Erika (Dave) Gowan, Adrian Colosimo, Ryan Kirk, Steven (Claire Brothers) Kirk & John Colosimo; granddaughters, Ellery, Charlotte, Anna Belle & Ava; his brother, Brian Colosimo and many nieces & nephews. Bruce is a member of St. Michael Catholic Church.

Friends may call from 5:00 to 8:00 pm Monday, May 7 at RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High Street, Worthington where a Prayer Service will be held at 7:45 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 10:00 am Tuesday, May 8 at St. Michael Catholic Church, 5750 North High Street, Worthington. Entombment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
