Obituary for Bryan Schoonover Bryan E. Schoonover, 53 Bryan E. Schoonover, 53 of Ashland passed away, Wednesday, October 3, 2018 in Akron City Hospital from injuries sustained from a motorcycle accident. He was born on June 1, 1965 in Ashland to the late Gordon and Sally Lou (nee Turk) Schoonover. Bryan married the love of his life, the former Cheryl Stone on July 11, 1986.
He was employed at Ashland Conveyor Products and previously at Donley Seed Company, Family Pools and Spas, and Cleveland Avenue Market. Throughout his life, Bryan loved farming, riding motorcycles, truck pulling competitions and hunting in his earlier years with his sons. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Cheryl Schoonover of Ashland; one daughter, Maddie Schoonover of Ashland; one son, Zach Schoonover of Ashland; four grandchildren, Brylee Coleman, and Bailey, Hunter, and Waylon Schoonover; one sister, Judy (Jerry) Schreiber of Ashland; and his mother-in-law, Carole Stone of Ashland.
In addition to his parents, Bryan is preceded in death by his son, Gabriel Schoonover on May 15, 2016. Funeral services will be held, Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. in the Nankin Community Church, 795 State Route 302, Ashland, Ohio 44805 with Pastor Jake Heskett officiating. Interment will be in Nankin Cemetery.
