He is the beloved father of Julie (Steve) Londo of Grosse Pointe Woods, Janet (Tim) Fox of Acton, Ontario, Tom (the late Martha) Kurkowski of Warren, Carolyn (Bob) Steele of Royal Oak, Joe Kurkowski of Alpharetta, GA, and Patty (Brad) Narveson of Belle Plaine, MN. Carl is the grandfather of Sarah (Matt) Dodgson, Stephanie Londo, Katie (Michael) Kennedy, Kelly Kurkowski, Lori Kurkowski, Emily (Harley) Jones, Matt Steele, Eric (Jessica) Londo, Jeremy Steele, Samantha Steele, Luke Narveson, and Paige Narveson. He is also the great-grandfather to Sydney Dodgson, Avery Dodgson, Sawyer Dodgson, Aoife Londo, Ernie Kennedy, and Charlotte Jones.

And, special friend, Mary Ann Fobare. Visitation Friday, December 28th, from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with 7:00 p.m. Celebration of Life Service at Wm. Sullivan and Son Funeral Home, 705 W 11 Mile Rd.

(4 blks. E of Woodward), Royal Oak. In state Saturday, December 29th, from 10:30 a.m. until time of Mass at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church, Hazel Park.
