Jonas, Carl G., of Eureka, Missouri was born December 29, 1942, in St. Louis, Missouri, to Lloyd and Viola (nee Stumpe) Jonas and entered into rest, Saturday, February 16, 2019 at the age of 76 years, 1 month and 17 days. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law David Lowell. He is survived by, his partner Daisy Harvey, five (5) siblings, Paul (Terri Medlin) Jonas of House Springs, Missouri, Marlene (Frank) Isbell of Arnold, Missouri, Rita Lowell of Orlando, Florida, Leon Jonas of House Springs, Missouri and Glenn (Gayla) Jonas of Cedar Hill, Missouri, and many other family and friends.

Carl was a faithful partner and loving brother. He served his country in Vietnam as a Navy Interior Communications Technician. He worked at Boeing as a Sheet Metal Assembler and retired in the late 1990’s.

Carl loved to spend time fishing, hunting, and shooting his bow and arrows but was especially fond of traveling. He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. Visitation Tuesday, February 19, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at CHAPEL HILL MORTUARY, 6300 Highway 30, Cedar Hill, Missouri.

Service Wednesday, February 20, 2019 10:00 a.m. at CHAPEL HILL MORTUARY. Interment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, 2900 Sheridan Road, Saint Louis, MO. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Memphis, Tennessee 38148-0412.
