Obituary for Carl Leslie Edwards Jr. Snow Hill………………………………Carl Leslie Edwards Jr., age 84, died Saturday, November 24, 2018. Memorial service will be held Saturday, December 8, at 3:00 P.M. at the Farmville Funeral Home Chapel by Darren Davenport and Dustin Combs. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 2 until 3:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Mr. Edwards was a veteran having retired from the U.S. Navy with the rank of Senior Chief. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Holloman Edwards of the home; daughters, Donna Edwards of the home, Carla Davenport and husband, Darren, and Lori Edwards, both of Winterville; son, Joey Edwards and fiancé, Berta Mullis of Dothan, AL; sister, Betty Whitley and husband, Donald of Lucama; brother, Alton Britt and wife, Gail of Wilson; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to NCPacks4Patriots, 249 J Third Street, Ayden, NC 28513.
