Carl Lynn Ballard April 05, 1947 – May 05, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers View/Sign Guest Book| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Carl Lynn Ballard, 72, of Will Jose Drive in Lexington passed away Sunday, May 5, 2019 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem. A private graveside service with military honors will be held at Salisbury National Cemetery with Pastor Jimmie Porter officiating the service. Mr. Ballard was born on April 5, 1947 in LaPorte County, IN to Thomas Earl Ballard and Lola Sue Gamble Ballard.

He had previously worked at Team and Wheel Credit Union as a bank officer and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. He was preceded in death by his parents. Surviving are his loving wife, Jacqueline Ann Ballard, of the home; son, Michael Charles Reardon (Karissa) of CA; daughters, Lynne Marie Brame (Timothy) of Lexington, Lisa Jean Madison (Barry) of CA, Andee Kathleen Ricketts (Johnathan) of CA; Amiee Elizabeth Havens (Tyson) of CA; brothers; Zan Ballard (Joyce) of MI, Ronn Ballard (Sharon) of MI, Roger Ballard (Jim) of MI; 14 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Warrior Foundation Freedom Station, 1223 28th Street, San Diego, CA 92102. A celebration of life will follow later in the year. Online condolences may be made at www.
