Obituary for Carlene Minor Carlene Minor, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 19, 2018 at the age of 91. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Henry B. “Ben” Minor Jr.; her parents, Carl and Odelle Nimfer; her sister, Beulah Bell. She is the loving mother of Carla Veltsos (Dimitri), Henry B. “Benjy” Minor (Kathy), and Wendy Wilson (Wayne).

She is the devoted grandmother of Christopher Veltsos (Jennifer), Philippe Veltsos (Christiane), Anthea Comardelle (Cody), Milessa Terry, Eryn LeBlanc (Paul), Ashlee Minor (Jeff), Ethan Wilson, and Eli Wilson (Vicki). She is the great grandmother of Levi Comardelle, Noah Veltsos, Nikolas Veltsos, Sebastien Veltsos, Angelina Veltsos, Andrew Rae-Bayer, Dylan Terry, Jonah LeBlanc, Edyn LeBlanc, and Jude LeBlanc. She is the cherished sister of Nita Gremillion.

She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Michele Bell, Steve Bell, Stephanie Sprague (Jeffrey), Jay Gremillion, Maggie Sprague; other family and friends. Carlene will be forever remembered and deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. An excellent cook, she was a charter member of First Baptist Church in Luling, Louisiana serving as a deacon and Sunday school teacher.

Complete Funeral Services will be announced at a later date. Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd. , Marrero, LA in charge of arrangements.
