Obituary for Carol D. Plachko Carol D. Plachko, 79, of Olmsted Falls, passed away July 4, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Jerry; cherished mother of Terry Garney, R. Mark (Melanie) Shock and the late Sheryl Shock; loving grandmother of Candice, Jordan and Michael; great-grandmother of Skylar, Wyatt, Katara, Luna and a great grandson on the way; also survived by her faithful canine companion, Dinah. Carol was a faithful supporter of veterans, children and animal causes and was always very patriotic.

No matter what, she loved her family. Services for Carol will be private with entombment at Sunset Memorial Park, North Olmsted. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to St. Jude Children’s Research, 262 Danny Thomas Pl.
