Carol is the loving mother of Mark (Suzanne) Dickinson, Elizabeth (Jeff) Essenburg, Toni Martel and Priscilla (Rich) Uhrin; adoring grandmother of Elysia (Tony) Miller, Rachel (Jason) Smith, Nicole (Jason) Ferry, Steven Moudy, Erik (Emma) Dickinson and Alex Uhrin; and proud great grandmother of many. She is also the beloved sister of Marlene Harrington, Anna (Mark) Tyler, and the late Maxine Cottrell.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 59 years, Raymond Dickinson. Carol loved her family dearly and enjoyed studying her family genealogy. She enjoyed knitting items for her family; everyone had a Christmas stocking handmade by Grandma.

She was also an avid golfer with her husband and liked living on Lakewood Shores Golf Course. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 1pm at Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home, Lake Orion with visitation from 12 noon until the time of service.
