Carol Sue’s Obituary Carol Sue Parker entered into eternal rest on March 9, 2019 in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 72. She was born January 10, 1947 in St. Louis, Missouri to Otis Odell Winchester and Virginia Elizabeth Lane. Parker is preceded in death by her parents, Otis Odell Winchester and Virginia Elizabeth Lane; husband, James Emory Parker; brother, Stanley D. Winchester; sister, Georga Ann Korte She is survived by her daughters, Amy Michell Parker and Holly Beth Parker- Ruiz (Craig Ruiz); sister, Ginger Kay Phoenix (Larry Phoenix); Sister-in-law, Sherry Winchester; Brother-in- law, Richard Korte; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Castle Ridge Mortuary on Thursday, March 14, 2019 from 4:00pm to 9:00pm followed by a prayer service at 7:00pm. In Lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to be made to The National Kidney Foundation. www.
