Marcel’s Obituary Marcel A. Waggy, 78, our dearly loved wife, mother and granny, passed away on May 26, 2019. She was born on October 31, 1940 in San Antonio, Texas to James Russell Jones and Alma L. Jones. She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, James R. Jones, Jr.; stepsisters, Christine Fant and Doris Seibel.

She is survived by her husband, Ernest Frederick Waggy, Jr.; daughter, Julie Halloran (Bill); sons, Everett Elkins (Shirley), Kenneth Elkins and Brian Elkins (Melody); 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. A visitation, with words of remembrance, will be held on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at Castle Ridge Mortuary from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. A procession will depart at 10:15 a.m. to Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, Shelter No.
