Miriam’s Obituary Miriam W. Rasmussen, 91, passed away on May 9, 2019. She was born on May 9, 1928 on Staten Island, NY to Robert and Catherine Wilson. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, George G. Rasmussen, Sr.; brother, Robert J. Wilson; and daughter, Patricia Ann.

She is survived by her children, George G. Rasmussen, Jr. and Karen Schorlemer; sister, Barbara Templeton; granchild, George C. Rasmussen, III. She retired from Our Lady of the Lake as an occupational therapist aid working with the retired nuns. She previously worked at Mission Road Developmental Center as a child care aid.

In lieu of flowers, kindly make monetary donations to the family. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., with a Rosary to follow.
