David’s Obituary David Ramon, Jr., 75, passed away on May 16, 2019 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on December 10, 1943 to David Ramon and Isabel Torres in San Antonio, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Esperanza (Hope) R. Perez, Geneva Zamarripa, and grandchildren, John Albert Chavarria, and Stephanie Ann Chavarria.

He is survived by his wife, Minerva G. Ramon; sister, Elvia Carrasco; children, Joe Chavarria and wife Norma Gloria Chavarria, Abel Chavarria, Sylvia Miranda and husband Nick Miranda, John Garza, David L. Ramon III and wife Virginia Ornelas Ramon, Germaine A. Ramon and Joseph P. Ramon and wife N. Lisa Medina; 13 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. at Castle Ridge Mortuary. A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. at Resurrection of the Lord Catholic Church, 7990 Military Drive West, San Antonio, Texas 78227.

Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, Shelter No. 2 at 1:15 p.m. Your condolences and expressions of sympathy may be posted on www.
