Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Lee Roy and Mary Lou Smith; her sister, Doris Castine; and her brother, Sonny Smith. Carol is survived by her husband, Bobby Jinright; her daughters, Janeese (Brady) Howton and Lari (Salvador) Valtierra; her grandchildren, Lucas, Logan, and Gavin; and her sister, Patsy (Tommy) Bolden.

Chapel service will be held on Monday, May 6, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Bessemer Brown Service Funeral Home. Family will receive friends on Monday from 1 – 2 p.m. Bro. Frank Sims and Bro.

George Carneal will be officiating. Burial will be at Valhalla Cemetery.
