Obituary for Carole Foxwell Kratzer It is with great sadness that the family of Carole Foxwell Kratzer have to announce her passing on August 31, 2018. She was born on May 13, 1942 in Penns Grove, New Jersey. She grew up in Penns Grove and graduated from Penns Grove High School, Class of 1960.

After her children were grown, she worked part time as a merchandiser for American Greetings. Carole moved to Pennsville after her marriage to Donnie Kratzer. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Donnie Kratzer; son, Dean Kratzer of Warwick, Maryland; daughter and son-in-law, Tara Kratzer and Michael Cox of Pennsville, New Jersey; grandchildren: Justin Spinelli and Stephanie Fisher, Amanda (Spinelli) and Tommy Del Signore; Michael Cox and Andrew Cox; and brother, Howard M. Foxwell, Jr

She was predeceased by her son, Vincent Kratzer; mother, Martha (Traini) Neilio; father, Howard M. Foxwell, Sr.; and sister, Louise Merendino. Services are private and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by Ashcraft Funeral Homes www.
