Obituary for Caroline Jean Scarberry Caroline Jean Scarberry, 75, of Columbus, Ohio passed away Friday, October 19, 2018. She was born December 23, 1942 and was a daughter of the late Rev. Thomas Offenbacker and Catherine C. Smith Offenbacker.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry “Hank” Scarberry; niece, Denise Loforen; and nephew, Thomas W. Neer. She is survived by her sister, Alta Mosic of Columbus, Ohio; nephew, Allen Neer of Columbus, Ohio; and best friends, Beulah Ball and Bertha Browning. Service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, October 25, 2018 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville, WV with visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
